Terms and Conditions
- The STEAM Vouchers can be redeemed against any of the “Teacher Edition” programmes in our online store: www.steameducation.store/shop;
- The Gift Vouchers are available in euro (€) only;
- Following receipt of an order for a Gift Voucher, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. Please retain the order confirmation/purchase receipt as proof of purchase;
- Please note that the purchase receipt (order confirmation email) should be produced by the voucher recipient, along with the Gift Certificate, to facilitate easy redemption of the voucher.
- The voucher is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase;
- The printable version of the Downloadable Gift Certificate lasts for 30 days before expiring;
- Product delivery is subject to earliest availability of product;
We reserve the right always to introduce new terms and/or to vary or amend an existing term (including, without limitation, change the existing fees or introduce new fees) by giving you at least two months’ notice thereof on the Website or by whatever means we, in accordance with applicable legislation, deem appropriate at that time. - The Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed currently through our online shop. - Gift vouchers are transferable, once confirmed in writing to STEAM Education from the original purchaser.
- Gift vouchers can be used as part or full payment. No change will be given. Any remaining balance can be left on the voucher and spent on future purchases.
